The travellers have started out for the path; the birds have started out (to seek) pickings (of food).

Arise, oh my dear boy; awake now, oh Kṛṣṇa!

Awake, oh son of Yaśodā!

The birds are singing on every branch; the black crows are articulate;
V.
In Gokula the clamour is rising: rise, oh (our) darling one!
